Cinnamon chips with fruit salsa For salsa: 2 kiwis, peeled, diced. 3 peaches, diced. 8 oz blackberries. 16 oz strawberries, diced. 2 T white sugar. 1 T brown sugar. 2 T fruit preserves, any flavor For chips: 10 (10 inch) flour tortillas. melted butter. 1 cup white sugar. 2 tbsp cinnamon Instructions: 1. Mix all ingredients for fruit salsa. Cover and chill while the oven preheats to 350. 2. Coat 1 side of tortillas with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, cut into wedges. 3. Bake 8-10 mins.
