Day 26 LEG day DONE! Last one of Phase One! 
My stomach was still giving me issues all day, still is in fact.  I didn't want to eat my pre-workout meal but I did.  I felt better after eating but I feel bloated and just icky. Not sure if this is another form of detox or pms or something I ate.  Either way, it didn't stop me from killing today's workout and I finished just as Miss Brooklyn was waking up again. 
Today had a bonus round! Autumn LOVES her bonus rounds and I am surprised this was the first one.  I guess it wasn't really a round exactly..... more like a move.  We did a squat hold for 60 seconds holding a light weight.  I picked a 10 pound one as today that would have been my light one.  Super proud of myself for doing it and not giving up! You can do anything for 60 seconds! 
Funny thing.... just as we complete Phase One, I finally figure out a move in the Leg workout haha! How typical of me!  At least I got it . Tomorrow is the dreaded Cardio Flow and then it on the the next phase! I am going to revamp my meals and see if I can figure out a different protein for pre-workout meals as eggs are just starting to not have a taste to them! And I need to find some special REFEED day carbs to make and I want to stay with clean carbs. 
Here's to another weekend and hoping my tummy issues are gone soon! Happy weekend everyone.

Day 3 and 4; 2/23/18

I’ve come across a few challenges that I need to get through. 
1) Consistency — it’s so easy to fall out of the diet. I’ve had a problem with this in the past and I need to figure out a way to stay consistent when wanting a healthier body isn’t motivation enough.
2) Emotional Eating — this is something I’ve struggled with for the past year. There’s a McDonalds two seconds down the road and when I’m having a shitty day like today, the first thing my mind goes to is McDonalds and getting food. I’m going to do some research and find out healthy coping skills and ways to combat emotional eating. 
3) Exhaustion — This week I felt like I was so exhausted. My timed 30 min refresher naps turned into hour and a half groggy naps leaving me too tired to cook anything, which gives me an excuse to get fast food. Tomorrow I’m going to be meal prepping. Although this wasn’t my original plan, sometimes you just gotta adjust it so you can succeed. 
4) Me — I get in my own head a lot. I convince myself that just *one* fried chicken sandwich won’t hurt, but then that turns into “well, I didn’t stick with it today so I can eat terribly for the rest of the day!” And even this Instagram page. I didn’t post yesterday because I kept telling myself “why show everyone you didn’t stick with it *again*? You’re just a disappointment.” Anxiety is a bitch. But, I gotta get through it. 
Wow so that was a long and sappy post lol.

Have you ever tried a detox bath? .
I do these every once in a while, whenever I feel a bit "poofy". There's 2 cups Epsom salts, 1 cup baking soda and 2 cups of apple cider vinegar. I add to a really hot bath and then sweat it out for 30-35 minutes. I usually just drink water while I'm having one but tonight I wanted a Strawberry Perrier because they're just soooooo good. Btw I don't really believe in a detox, but I don't really know what else to call it haha. The next morning I usually wake up with no signs of being bloated or retaining water. .

I am absolutely amazed at some of the losses I have seen in the first week of our Choose2Lose Challenge!!!
