Cacao is considered a “nootropic”. It is any substance that improves your mental or brain function, including boosting memory and learning! It helps in boosting cerebral blood flow and reducing blood pressure! It's a nutrient-dense source of anandamide tryptophan, phenylethylamine, magnesium, theobromine -- and is a prebiotic. It also boosts endorphins and focus, suppresses cortisol, and reduces stress and free radical damage! All those amazing health benefits from a tiny little cacao bean!

Transformation is not one-size-fits-all. Transformation can look like a million things. Transformation can happen in the moments. The moments we are present to what is. It may be a hand that you hold or that stare into someone’s eye. Noticing the trees or hearing the sounds of nature. Transformation can also feel big. Like stepping in to something that is radially uncomfortable. Facing your edge, your fear and embracing it. What is your edge? What is the edge that’s calling you right now?

What dream do you have beating in your heart? Sometimes we’re afraid to declare what that thing is that we truly want. It might be because our dream feels like too big of a dream. Other times, it might be because we have people around us who, when we share our dream, they’re going to tell us how unrealistic it is. Don’t get caught up in what other people say. Challenge today: Take a pen and paper and write out, “What is that thing I want to truly do or create or experience in my lifetime?”

These provide numerous health and nootropic benefits; boosting cerebral blood flow, blood vessel elasticity and reduced blood pressure. It is a strong anti-inflammatory. It is also anti-aging. We’ve combined the healthiest, most delicious raw cacao we could find, along with other health-boosting superfoods to create an irresistible chocolate formula you can enjoy as your “guilty pleasure” each day.

In this world of personal growth and expansion, there is a fine line we all walk. If it feels challenging, hard, or out of our comfort zone, it doesn’t necessarily mean it is something we need to conquer, try, or even accept. Don’t confuse this personal growth walk with our internal compass and common sense, which at times says, “This is not in alignment with my soul’s truth”. Stay true to YOU! Your inner knowing will let you know if you should break barriers or let them be.
